KARL is our Fog City Hazy IPA
IPA, New England Style, made with malted barley, wheat, and oats. Dry-hopped with a blend of Vic Secret, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. With a foggy and cloudy body, this unfiltered IPA will give you a big mouthfeel without the bitter bite.

At the Restaurant & Brewery, it’s clear that the bar program is top-notch, and beer is the focus.

Offering experimental brews, the brewery allows for pours directly from the brite tanks. This is small-batch brewing at its finest. The beer program offers a 10-barrel system featuring house-made flagship beers, such as Alcatraz Amber Ale and Broadway IPA, along with seasonal house-made beers you can only find at the brewery.
